Bessemer Trust, a US-based wealth and investment management firm, has appointed Jeff Glowacki as western region head, replacing Mark Lipson.
Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Glowacki will report to George Wilcox, president of the firm.

In a related appointment, Bessemer has named Robert Ludricks as regional director of its Los Angeles office. He will report to Glowacki.
In his new role, Glowacki will oversee all client service and relationship initiatives that originate from Bessemer’s Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.
Previously, he managed Bessemer’s Los Angeles office as regional director and managing director, where he supervised several teams of client advisors.
"Jeff has worked directly with HNW clients for close to a quarter century and has extensive experience in the western region helping multi-generational families steward their wealth," Wilcox said.

By GlobalDataPrior to joining Bessemer in 2005, Glowacki was a senior vice president and regional manager for Comerica Wealth Management based in Beverly Hills. Before that he was a western regional manager for JP Morgan after spending 10 years with Citibank Private Bank in Los Angeles and New York.
Ludricks in her new role will be responsible for managing several teams of client advisors to deliver investment management, legacy planning, trust administration, tax planning, real estate advisory, private banking, and other financial services to clients.
He will also oversee all new business activity in the southwest. He joined Bessemer in 1997 and most recently was a senior client advisor based in New York. He began his wealth management career as a client advisor at U.S. Trust.
