Ipes, a Guernsey-based fund administration and outsourcing services provider, has signed an international partnership agreement with Standish, a US-based fund services provider.

Under the agreement, Standish and Ipes will work together to share their specialized private equity knowledge, experience and contacts in their respective US and European markets.

The agreement will allow Standish’s clients to gain access to Ipes’ corporate services and European regulatory expertise.

The new partnership will also allow US-based fund managers gain access to experts in European fund structures and new European regulatory requirements, including AIFMD depositary, according to Ipes.

Additionally, European managers will gain access to experts in US structures and tax complexities.
