Sanlam Private Investments has appointed four investment managers from Brewin Dolphin to set up a new office in Teeside.
The investment managers who have joined the firm are Sheila Tindle, Steve Richardson, John Pearson and Mark McMullan.

The Teeside office will be headed by Jonty Warneken, head of intermediary services north, who is based in the firm’s Harrogate office.
The four investment managers along with two administrative staff for the office will report to Warneken.
Tindle most recently served as a divisional director and head of Brewin Dolphin’s Teesside office. Prior to joining Brewin Dolphin, she served as a director of Wise Speke’s Middlesbrough office and an assistant director of Allied Provincial Stockbrokers.
Richardson, who has over 30 years of financial services experience, most recently served as divisional director at Brewin Dolphin. Prior to this, he has worked for Stancliffe Todd and Hodgson, Allied Provincial Stockbrokers, Greig Middleton, Gerrard and Barclays Wealth and Sun Alliance Insurance Group.

By GlobalDataPearson, who most recently served as divisional director of Brewin Dolphin’s Teesside office, has previously worked or Allied Provincial Stockbrokers, Gerrard and Barclays Wealth.
Prior to joining Brewin Dolphin as investment manager, McMullan worked as an investment manager with Lloyds Private Banking.
Meanwhile, Sanlam has appointed Helen Johnson from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments as an investment manager for its Newcastle office.
