BIP Wealth, an Atlanta-based RIA, has received a minority investment from Constellation Wealth Capital (CWC) to support its growth objectives.
The partnership is intended to assist BIP Wealth in expanding both its organic and inorganic growth efforts. The firm manages more than $5.5bn in assets.

In 2025, the firm saw $725m in new organic assets under management and projects higher figures for 2026 with the backing of CWC.
It also expects CWC’s advisory support to help scale operations while maintaining its independence.

In 2024 and 2025, the firm added more than $1.2bn in assets through partnerships with The Money Advisor Group and Prehmus Financial.
CWC’s investment is expected to help accelerate BIP’s plans to partner with more wealth management firms, particularly in the Southeast region and beyond.
Advisory on the transaction was provided by Chase Corporate Advisory’s Jeff Singh, who facilitated the initial introduction between BIP Wealth and CWC.
BIP Wealth serves clients nationally from five locations: Atlanta, Alpharetta, Columbus, and Peachtree Corners in Georgia, as well as Nashville, Tennessee.
