It is “founded on a clientfirst philosophy, offering personalised guidance through a flexible, advisorled model that prioritises clarity, confidence, and direction,” as per a statement.

The new firm has entered partnerships with Thoroughbred Financial, which acts as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), and with Osaic, a nationwide network of independent financial professionals.

Through these arrangements, Coin and Seed Wealth Management will receive compliance supervision, technology services and operational backing.

The affiliations will also provide access to a suite of investment products, planning resources and operational assistance intended to support client service and the development of the business.
