IFG Group has appointed John Cotter as its interim chief executive replacing Mark Bourke, who will quit the firm in April 2014.
Cotter will assume his new role from 7 April as the search for a replacement continues, the group said in a statement.

Prior to joining IFG Group, Cotter served as group finance director & chief risk officer at Collins Stewart Hawkpoint.
Previously, he also worked as COO (Global Business Unit Control) at the Royal Bank of Scotland and as COO and CFO at Morgan Stanley Bank International.
