The fund will be structured as an evergreen offering under the European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) 2.0 regulation, aiming to provide clients with an investment vehicle compared to traditional private market funds.
It will feature periodic entry and exit points post an initial lock-in and notice period, catering to the liquidity preferences of private investors.
Partners Group will serve as the partner and portfolio manager and DWS will function as the alternative investment fund manager.
The fund’s investment strategy encompasses a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate.
