Macquarie Mexican REIT (MMREIT) has named Jaime del Río Castillo as new head of investor relations.
Jay Davis will continue to oversee the Americas investor relations function for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets and will work closely with Mr. del Río Castillo to help transition the role.

del Río Castillo joins MMREIT from Consorcio ARA, a Mexico-based homebuilding company, where he served as their Director of Investor Relations from 2005 to present.
Prior to that, he spent seven years at the Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (INFONAVIT), Mexico’s Institute of the National Housing Fund for workers in the private sector, and held various roles including Head of Institutional Relations and Head of Risk Management. He began his career at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México where he was a Professor and Researcher in the Department of Mathematics.
