Subha Barry is an industry consultant and former senior vice president, managing director and head of diversity and inclusion at Freddie Mac and Merrill Lynch.

Craig Pfeiffer is founder and CEO of Advisors Ahead, a company that helps prepare college students for careers as financial advisors.
Previously, Pfeiffer was vice chairman of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he served in a number of senior executive management roles.
