T. Rowe Price, a US-based investment firm, has named David Frazer as new senior institutional sales and relationship manager for Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Frazer most recently served as country head at Ashmore, according to Finacial Standard.

Previously, he has also held several business development roles in emerging markets manager Ashmore, Western Asset Management and Wellington Management.
Earlier to this, he has also held roles at BT and National Asset Management (now part of MLC).
