UBS Wealth Management has hired Amy Lo as new CEO of wealth management Hong Kong replacing Allen Lo, who will retire after spell of 17 years.

In her new role, she will report to Kathryn Shih, CEO of UBS Wealth Management, Asia- Pacific, according to The Asset.

In addition Allen Lo’s responsibilities as deputy CEO of Wealth Management, Asia-Pacific, will be taken over by Edmund Koh, CEO of Wealth Management Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific Hub.

Previously, Amy Lo served as head of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), wealth management, Asia-Pacific and also as head of global family office for the region.

Prior to this, Amy Lo was associated with Swiss Bank Corporation as managing director in 1995 and has served several senior management roles in Hong Kong including regional market manager and deputy CEO for wealth management.
