Real estate investment manager Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) has named Tammy Kuan as its new CFO for Asia Pacific.
Kuan will be tasked with heading the firm’s Asia-Pacific-based finance and operations teams.

She will manage fund finance, covering financial reporting and control, financial due diligence on new deals, working with Savills IM group teams on tax structuring, tax compliance, debt origination as well as treasury management.
She will also have operations responsibility, mainly in risk and compliance in Asia-Pacific in her new role.
Kuan most recently served as financial controller of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Asia.
