Additionally, TDAM is also seeking to expand its Cash Flow Series line-up to its four low volatility funds and the TD North American Dividend Fund in an effort to allow investors to gain a tax-efficient monthly cash flow from their investments.

According to TDAM, the new TD US Shareholder Yield Fund will offer investors access to a diversified portfolio of US income-producing securities.

Paul Orlander, president of TD Mutual Funds, said: "We believe that Epoch’s US equity expertise coupled with investors’ desire for regular dividends or cash flow will be a winning combination for investors."

"Cash flow options on our low volatility strategies help meet investors’ need for regular income while at the same time seek to minimize the effects of market volatility – two important considerations for investors" said Orlander.

Managed by David Sykes, the TD North American Dividend Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio of North American income-producing securities, including common share investments that are expected to grow their dividends over time.

"With our new Epoch offerings and the expansion of our Cash Flow Series, we are once again demonstrating our commitment to being Canada’s foremost solutions provider by meeting the diverse needs of today’s investors," added Orlander.
