Towry, a UK-based wealth advisory firm, has named Rob Devey as new CEO replacing Andrew Fisher, who has stepped down after eight years in the role.

Prior to joining Towry, Devey served as CEO of Prudential UK & Europe and an Executive Director of Prudential from 2009 to 2013.

Previously, he held several senior roles with Lloyds Banking Group, including MD Direct Channels, MD HBOS Financial Services, and MD HBOS Retail Distribution and also worked at the Boston Consulting Group.

Fisher has joined Towry in 2004 as chairman.

The move comes after the firm Towry reported a 14.4% rise in assets to £5.6 billion in 2013.
