American ETF sponsor WisdomTree Investments has completed the acquisition of Boost ETP, a UK-based exchange-traded product (ETP) provider.
WisdomTree said that it will commence the previously announced build-out of a local European platform to offer a select range of UCITS ETFs under its brand.

The company added that it will also continue to manage and expand the Boost lineup of short and leveraged fully collateralized ETPs under the Boost brand.
According to WisdomTree, Boost founders Hector McNeil and Nik Bienkowski will serve as co-CEOs of WisdomTree Europe.
