Julius Baer has named Paul Arni as new market head Zurich, effective 1 July 2014, replacing Daniel Aegerter.
In his new role, Arni will report to Giovanni M.S. Flury, Julius Baer head of Switzerland and member of executive board.

Prior to joining Julius Baer, Arni spent 15 years at UBS, holding several roles such as head wealth management & business banking region Mittelland.
Additionally, Aegerter will take over a new role as head key clients region Switzerland. He will also continue to remain as deputy region head Switzerland.
In his new role, Aegerter will lead the firm’s initiative for the development of Julius Baer’s home market to support its profitable long-term growth.
The launch of the new key client’s organization comes as part of the firm’s strategy to deliver comprehensive services to this specific group of clients and use them across the entire Swiss branch network.
