Barclays has launched a new Compliance Career Academy, an externally recognised programme designed to transform and professionalize Compliance.
For the first time the academy offers compliance professionals technical and behavioural training that places customers and clients at the heart of decision-making and helps the business achieve success in the right way.

Delivered in partnership with Cambridge Judge Business School, the course leverages the school’s academic knowledge, teaching experience and research base to deliver training to employees at all levels in locations including Cambridge, Johannesburg, New York and Singapore.
The ambition is for the academy to act as a benchmark for compliance practice across the industry and ultimately lead to the creation of a Certificate in Compliance that will be open to all.
In the meantime Cambridge has launched the Centre for Compliance and Trust, an independent centre within Cambridge Judge Business School to act as a platform for discussion, research and development across the sector.
