Towers Watson has hired Jeffrey Tang as new managing director for its Hong Kong office.
Additionally, Tang will also join the firm’s Asia-Pacific leadership team.

In his new role, Tang will oversee Towers Watson’s business in Hong Kong and will build on its market-leading position to deliver people, financial and risk solutions to clients.
Tang has worked at Towers Watson for 10 years, with the last seven years spent in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Tang has led the talent and rewards practice in Hong Kong.
He has experience of working with clients including sovereign wealth funds, government-linked companies, family-owned conglomerates and multinationals in the region as well as strong track record in human resources transformations, M&A engagements and in developing human capital strategy.
