Enhance, a Jersey-based provider of investment oversight services in the fiduciary sector, has opened a new office in the Cayman Islands.

According to CAYMAN i NEWS, the new office launch follows the company’s significant growth over the last year that includes more number of clients with Caribbean-based interests.

Additionally, the firm has appointed Lee Quemard to the new office as a business development director for the Caribbean region.

In his new role, Lee will be assisting clients with regards to investment reporting and oversight, investment manager selection, AIFMD risk analysis and transparency reporting. He has 17 years experience in private banking, employee benefits and wealth management.

Prior to joining Enhance, Lee has worked at firms including Abacus (which was subsequently acquired by RBC), Ashburton and Lloyds TSB.

Quemard said: "The Cayman Islands have a large and thriving trust community that we have been working with for many years. Having a physical presence there is a logical next step in building better relationships in that region."
