EXIGER will assist its clients in preventing compliance breaches, response to risk, remediation of major issues and monitoring of ongoing business activities using its consulting expertise, technology-enabled solutions and proven processes.

Additionally, EXIGER will deliver services including regulatory strategy and advice, governance and controls, financial crime compliance, regulatory compliance, investigations, due diligence, remediations and monitorships.

At the same time, Exiger has appointed Daniel Alonso, the former chief assistant to Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr as new managing director and general counsel.
