Specifically, the Fund invests its resources to:

While a wealthy county by many measures, Loudoun has some complex community needs, including affordable housing and the challenges to the county’s education and health infrastructures caused by an ever growing and widely diverse population.
LIF offers an opportunity to proactively decide what sort of efforts the group’s members wish to support in the county and then award grants to organizations and individuals focused on improving those areas.
