Wassum, a Stockholm-based investment consultant to institutional clients, has teamed up with Ethix SRI Advisors to open a joint representative office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Philip Garde will serve as the sales representative for the new location.

The move follows the sale of Wassum’s Danish subsidiary Invensure A/S’s actuarial activities to the Danish insurance broker Willis in January this year.
Wassum Värdepapper CEO Tom-Erik Uro said that the new office will expand the firm’s presence in the Danish market.
"After Invensure AS transfer of aktuariedelen Willis felt that we wanted to continue under its own name in Denmark. In relation to capital owners and Ethix Wassum complement each other as a joint office was natural," Erik Uro added.
